Funny story.  While grocery shopping a few days ago we ended up leaving this bag of flour behind by accident.  I called the grocery store and told them that I forgot a bag of flour and was wondering if it had showed up.  The customer service lady said "Yes, Bob's Red Mill White Flour?"  She asked for my name and told me I could pick it up at customer service.  So I repeated my name twice on the phone (even spelling out my name, just to be clear.)  The next day I go to the grocery store to get my flour.  I go over to customer service, tell them my name, and they give me the bag with a note attached reading, Nerin Darne.   Close, but no cigar.
